{"id":483,"date":"2021-08-18T17:05:14","date_gmt":"2021-08-18T17:05:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mlcoa.ca\/?p=483"},"modified":"2021-09-01T12:54:52","modified_gmt":"2021-09-01T12:54:52","slug":"2021-agm-saturday-september-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mlcoa.ca\/?p=483","title":{"rendered":"2021 AGM &#8211; Saturday September 4"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>The 2020 Annual General Meeting of the<\/strong> <strong>Moose Lake Cottage Owners Association<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Saturday, September 4<sup>th<\/sup>, 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Group Use Area, East end of the Campground<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(where Family Fun Day is usually held)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our AGM will be held outdoors this year to continue with safe practices for gatherings. <strong><em>In the event of rain, the AGM will be cancelled and further information will be delivered at a later date by email.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We would request that those who attend bring their own seating and space yourselves accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to vote during the AGM, cottage owners must have paid their 2020 fees. If you haven\u2019t done so already, you may do so online through our \u201cMLCOA Fees\u201d page on our website at <strong>mlcoa.ca<\/strong>, or by cheque at the AGM registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you can\u2019t attend the AGM but still want to retain your voting rights, you can do so by filling out a proxy form. We are including one with this notice and it is also available through the \u201cPublications\u201d page on our website at <strong>mlcoa.ca<\/strong>. You can have this returned to us with the person to whom you have given your proxy at the AGM registration desk, or dropped off at Block4\/Lot9 (David Morrow &#8211;&nbsp; President, MLCOA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Agenda for the upcoming meeting and Minutes for the 2020 AGM will also be available after August 26<sup>th<\/sup> through the \u201cPublications\u201d page on our website at <strong>mlcoa.ca<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Please note \u2013 All positions on the MLCOA board are open for election.
