We would request that those who attend bring their own seating.

In order to vote during the AGM, cottage owners must have paid their 2023 fees. If you haven’t done so already, you may do so online through our “MLCOA Fees” page on our website at mlcoa.ca, or by cheque/cash at the AGM registration.

If you can’t attend the AGM but still want to retain your voting rights, you can do so by filling out a proxy form. It is available through the “Publications” page on our website at mlcoa.ca. You can have this returned to us with the person to whom you have given your proxy at the AGM registration desk.

The Agenda for the upcoming meeting is available now on the  “Publications” page on our website at mlcoa.ca . The minutes from the 2022 meeting will be available after August 25th and a copy will be supplied at this year’s meeting.

*Please note – Several positions on the MLCOA board are open for election. Please give some thought to joining our board.
