If you can\u2019t attend the AGM but still want to retain your voting rights, you can do so by filling out a proxy form.\u00a0It is available through the \u201cPublications\u201d page on our website at\u00a0mlcoa.ca<\/strong><\/a>. You can have this returned to us with the person to whom you have given your proxy at the AGM registration desk.
